We have both Danish and international customers, and therefore different terms of trade apply depending on where you are shopping from.

2. For customer i Denmark

If you shop as a private or business customer with an address in Denmark, the following applies:

  • Agreements are entered into in accordance with Danish legislation.
  • Any disputes are settled by Danish courts.
  • We follow the guidelines from the Danish Data Protection Agency regarding data protection.
  • All prices are shown in DKK including VAT (unless otherwise stated).
  • Delivery and returns are handled according to Danish regulations, which are described in more detail below.

3. For international customers (outside Denmark)

If you shop from a country other than Denmark:

  • The agreement is governed by the legislation of the country where the relevant subsidiary is registered.
  • Disputes are handled by the local courts in the respective country.
  • We refer to the relevant national data protection authority (DPA) in your country of residence regarding personal data.
  • Prices, delivery terms, and taxes may vary depending on the country and applicable local legislation.

4. Payment

Movetec Solutions ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer. The payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner, and include VAT. Reservations are made for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items (International terms and conditions cf. points 5, 6).

5. Delivery

We deliver to all of Denmark. Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of order. Deliveries are made on all weekdays. As a general rule, your item will be delivered within a few business days after the order.

We use reputable transport companies such as DHL and Shipmondo for the delivery of our goods. You can read more about their terms and privacy policies here:

For certain goods, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be specified prior to the purchase of these goods.

6. Return of goods

We strive to deliver products of the highest quality and ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the special nature of our products, we ask you to pay attention to the following return rules (International terms and conditions cf. point 12):

6.1 Return procedure

  • Contact our customer service via info@movetec.dk.
  • Provide order details, pictures of the defect (if relevant), and a description of the problem.
  • After confirmation from our team, you will receive instructions on returning the item.

6.2 Right of withdrawal (EU legislation)

Under applicable EU law, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the item.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service within the period. You will then receive instructions for return and refund.

7. Refund

If a refund is to be made, please include your bank details in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to process the refund.

8. Privacy Policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation and our Privacy Policy.

9. Complaint regarding goods purchased on our webshop

According to EU law, you always have a 24-month warranty on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The warranty covers defects and faults that were present at the time of delivery and entitles you to either repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the specific situation.
