Our privacy policy applies to the information you provide to us and/or the information we collect from you as a user of our services or through your behavior on our websites.
In the privacy policy, you can read how we handle the data we come into possession of, and how long we retain data about you.
This privacy policy applies in cases where MOVETEC Solutions ApS (https://movetec.dk) is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.

2. Processing Activities
As data controller pursuant to GDPR, we have the following processing activities with our webshop (https://movetec.dk/)
2.1 Website Visit
When you visit our webshop, we use cookies so that the website can function, which you can read more about in our cookie policy.

If you delete or block cookies, ads may become less relevant to you and appear more frequently. You may also risk the website not functioning optimally and that there is content you cannot access.

Through this, we will process your personal data so that we can engage in a dialogue with you, for example, to answer questions about our services. We only process the information that you provide to us in connection with our communication.
We will typically process the following common information: name, email, phone number.
Our legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We delete our communication with you once it is clear whether you wish to use our services or not.
Should there arise a particular need to store your personal data for a longer period, this may be the case.
2.3 Payment
When purchasing a product on our webshop, the customer’s payment information is processed. We use a payment gateway, and the provider of this gateway is separately responsible for the data. Read more in our international trading terms, which follow Incoterms 2020.
Our legal basis for processing your personal data (i.e., billing information) in connection with payment will be Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
2.4 Shipment of Goods
For shipping, we use the transport companies
- DHL (https://www.dhl.com/dk-da/home/sidefod/fortrolighedserklaering.html)
- Shipmondo (https://shipmondo.com/dk/sikkerhed/betingelser/).
In these cases, relevant personal data is transferred to the transport company to the extent necessary to deliver the goods. DHL and Shipmondo are independently responsible for this processing.
Our legal basis for processing your personal data (e.g., name, address, phone number, and email address) in connection with the shipment of goods is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (necessary for the performance of a contract).
For certain goods, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be specified prior to the purchase of these goods.

2.5 Return of Goods
If we receive returned goods from customers, we process personal data in order to refund the money for the goods to the customer. Read more in our international trading terms, which follow Incoterms 2020.
Our legal basis for processing your personal data (i.e., billing information) in connection with the return of goods will be Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
2.6 Purchase History and Accounting
A customer’s purchase on our site is recorded, and the invoice is used for billing and stored in accordance with the accounting law.
We must store all accounting documents in accordance with the Accounting Act. This means that we keep invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These may contain general personal data such as name, address, and description of services.

Our legal basis for processing personal data for accounting purposes is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
We store this information for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the current financial year.
2.7 Job Applications
We receive job applications in order to assess whether they match an employment need in our company.

If you send a job application to us, our legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
If you have submitted an unsolicited application, we will immediately assess whether your application is relevant, and thereafter delete your information if there is no match.
If you have submitted an application for a posted job, we will delete your application in the event that you are not hired, and immediately after the right candidate has been found for the job.
If you participate in a recruitment process and/or are hired for the job, we will provide you with separate information on how we process your personal data in this context.
2.8 Complaint
You can contact us with a complaint via sales@movetec.dk. In accordance with the law, we will process your complaint within 28 days, or we will also notify you if there is a need to extend the deadline for handling your complaint.
3.Data Processors
Few can handle everything alone, and the same applies to us. Therefore, we have partners and use suppliers, some of whom may be data processors. External suppliers can, for example, provide systems to organize our work, services, consulting, IT hosting, or marketing.
It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed properly. Therefore, we impose high requirements on our partners, and our partners must guarantee that your personal data is protected.
We therefore enter into agreements with companies (data processors) that process personal data on our behalf in order to enhance the security of your personal data.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not share your personal data with third parties.
5. Profiling and automated decisions
We do not perform profiling or automated decisions.
6.Transfers to third countries
As a rule, we use data processors within the EU/EEA, or who store data within the EU/EEA.
In some cases, this is not possible, and data processors outside the EU/EEA may be used, provided that they can ensure adequate protection of your personal data and belong to secure third countries.
7. Data processing security
We keep the processing of personal data secure by having implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures.
We have conducted risk assessments of our processing of personal data and have subsequently implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to enhance data processing security.
One of our most important measures is to keep our employees updated on GDPR through ongoing awareness training, GDPR courses, as well as by reviewing our GDPR procedures with the employees.
8. Rights of the data subjects
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights regarding our processing of information about you.

8.1 Right to access information (right of access)
You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional details.
8.2 Right to rectification (correction)
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
8.3 Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have your information deleted before the time of our regular general deletion occurs.
8.4 Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you are entitled to have the processing restricted, we may thereafter only process the data – except for storage – with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
8.5 Right to object

When our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent.
9.Storage and deletion
We delete your personal data when we no longer need to process it to fulfill one or more of the purposes mentioned above.
We store your information in accordance with applicable law.
The information may also be processed and stored for a longer period if it is anonymized.
10.Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data. If you reside in another country, any complaints or inquiries regarding data protection should be directed to the relevant Data Protection Authority (DPA) in your country of residence.
